A deliciously simple mince recipe that can be used in a myriad of ways - we guarantee this will become your new mid-week 'go to'.
1. Heat a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the Wagyu Beef mince and cook, stirring and crumbling into small pieces until browned.
2. Add pepper, garlic, ginger and sesame oil, stirring until fragrant (approx. 2 mins). Stir in soy sauce and brown sugar. Cook until the sauce is reduced and absorbed into the beef (approx. 3 mins).
3. Add the scallions and garnish with sesame seeds.
Recipe Serving Suggestions: Serve with your favourite Asian greens over brown rice, in lettuce cups with vermicelli noodles or in a noodle bowl with bok choy and a fried egg.
