A deliciously simple ground beef recipe that can be used in a myriad of ways - we guarantee this will become your new mid-week 'go to'.
1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground Wagyu Beef and cook, stirring and crumbling into small pieces until browned.
2. Add pepper, garlic, ginger and sesame oil, stirring until fragrant (approx. 2 mins). Stir in soy sauce and brown sugar. Cook until the sauce is reduced and absorbed into the beef (approx. 3 mins).
3. Add the spring onions and garnish with sesame seeds.
