A marble score 6+ is extremely special. Our wagyu beef is 100% grass-fed and to get marbling like this is no easy task. Usually reserved exclusively for our Steak Club, we have a limited number available on the General Store. Once they’re gone, they’re gone.

This is a half Striploin with a marble score of 6+. It can easily be cut into steaks of any size. The average weight is 3-4 pounds.
We never compromise on quality. All of our Wagyu Beef is always:
Delivered FROZEN. If you would like to cut this striploin into steaks, let thaw until possible to cut. Vacuum pack the steaks. You can then refreeze them until ready to eat.

USOverall 4 star. Definitely a 5 star if I hadn’t gotten the strip half with the vein. The marbling was exceptional for a grass fed/finished process. The flavor exceptional.
