USWas excited for my first order but when it arrived, the dry ice had evaporated and steaks were 95 degrees. Customer service was friendly and said that the shipping company had a delay. They re-sent the order; however, the 2nd order had the same issue. Customer service said they don’t know why shipping company was delaying the order and issued a refund but I was looking forward to sharing this with my family. Don’t know how they can’t figure out how to deliver this timely.
USExcellent beef filet. I seared it in ghee at 500F for 2-3 minutes per side. Absolutely fantastic, Rare/Medium Rare. Super tender, flavorful, and juicy. What a treat.
USI’ve been having trouble finding flavorful filets in the past couple years (even at nice steak house restaurants). These were phenomenal. Wish I could give higher than 5/5 stars!
USI order meat elsewhere but continue to come back time and time again for the most nutrient dense best tasting meat here at First Light
