This is a half Ribeye loin MBS 9+. It can easily be cut into steaks of any size. This Ribeye has been graded marble score 9+. This indicates the amount of marbling in it.

Delivered FROZEN. If you would like to cut this ribeye into steaks, let thaw until possible to cut. Vacuum pack the steaks. You can then refreeze them until ready to eat.

USPerfect for that special occasion. Seasoned, wrapped tightly in plastic wrap and let it sit overnight in fridge. Next day on the counter for 4 hours, roasted 15 minutes @ 450F (to form crust) then reduced to 300F - pulled it at 130F and rested 20 minutes. Final temp 135F for medium rare. The MBS 9+ rating is a noticeable positive difference - and worth the price.
USI cut the roast into steaks 1.5 inches thick. Pan fried in cast iron pan. Very good but prime grade at best.
USThese are the best ribeye steaks I’ve ever eaten. I eat a ketovore diet so ribeye is one of my favorites. Arrived in just a few days frozen solid. I thawed it just enough and cut 6 steaks. I seasoned them with Celtic salt, vacuum packed them for sous vide cooking, put some in freezer for cooking later. The steaks I cooked were done @127F for 1.5 hours, seared in tallow, topped with Kerrygold butter. Rare perfection, melt-in-my-mouth tender and so flavorful. Wish I could afford them all the time. Purchased on sale. I highly recommend these if you can afford them.
