USI only tried the venison and Wagyu ground beef. Both were good. I made the mistake and ordered a variety pack, I only wanted the elk. My mistake. I have my own venison. Can't wait to try the elk. If it's good I will order more.
USI have ordered from First Light Farms three times now. Each time the meat arrived quickly and frozen solid on dry ice. The meat is amazing! The ground Wagyu, Elk, and Venison have been used for chili, burgers, and a ragu sauce. The wagyu steaks are some of the finest beef steaks I have ever had. The prices are also very good, even with shipping from New Zealand. They ship in freezer containers then warehouse in California for quick distribution at a good price. I expect to be a customer again and again!
USThis was my second time ordering from them and everything went well, same as the first time. I placed my order, the next business day they notified me that they had received my order and was preparing it. I received the order four days later still frozen and fresh. I’ve made elk and venison burgers and venison chili and soup. Can’t beat it.
