Mexican Ground Beef Mince

Cooking Method

  1. Heat a large frying pan over low-medium heat. Add the olive oil, onion, garlic and pepper and cook until onion is soft.
  2. Increase the temperature to medium and add the ground Wagyu beef, cumin. paprika, chili and oregano and season with a little salt and pepper. Stir until beef is browned.
  3. Add the tomato paste and stock and mix through. Reduce heat and simmer until mince has reached the desired consistency (approx. 5 mins).
Serving

Serve in tacos with fresh salsa and guacamole or use as a filling for burritos or quesadillas. Add some kidney or black beans and use as a topping for nachos.
