Love the ground beef, be it for tacos, a sauce, hamburger patty, enchiladas, all really good.
The wagyu ground beef was not as good as the one I buys at the grocery store. The flavor was off. It was hard to brown . It just wasn’t very good. It’s hard to explain but no one in my family liked it.
