USFirst time trying Elk meat and I thought it was delicious! The medallions were lean, tender and tasty. No gamey taste at all. I used the ground meat in a pasta sauce that was also very good.
USQuick delivery, and gorgeous meat. I made a blackberry and bourbon sauce to go with the elk steaks and with the ground elk I made a stroganoff both dishes were lush. Thank you.
