USThe meat was very good Quartering the portions and packaging them that way would have been better for me. Defrosting such a large amount and having to eat it so quickly because I don't re-freeze defrosted meat and I didn't want it to go bad. I just felt rushed to eat it rather than enjoying and savoring it. Once again the product was really good.
USMy favorite cut of elk. Can’t order often because it is pricey, but well worth the splurge every once in awhile. The meat came still frozen, packed very well for shipping and arrived on time. Stuffed it with ground country sausage and wrapped in bacon and baked for about 35-40 minutes. The bacon helps keep it moist while baking…you don’t really eat the bacon, but you obviously can. It was DELICIOUS!!? Great experience with this company…I highly recommend. The meat was tender and very fresh!
