USExcellent meat, prompt delivery. Took awhile between confirmation and shipment both times I’ve ordered but the product was well worth it.
USI wanted to try Elk. It was very tender but not a lot of difference between the deer meat in my freezer from last deer season. I tried it but won’t purchase again.
USI have seen and hunted elk and am not sure of this breed but the finished product was delicious indeed!
