Korean Wagyu Beef Bowl

Cooking Method

1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground Wagyu Beef and cook, stirring and crumbling into small pieces until browned.

2. Add pepper, garlic, ginger and sesame oil, stirring until fragrant (approx. 2 mins). Stir in soy sauce and brown sugar. Cook until the sauce is reduced and absorbed into the beef (approx. 3 mins).

3. Add the spring onions and garnish with sesame seeds.

Serving

Serve with your favorite Asian greens over brown rice, in lettuce cups with vermicelli noodles or in a noodle bowl with bok choy and a fried egg.
