USThe protein deserves five stars and customer service responds to emails in a timely manner. However, the shipping box could be improved to prevent delivery issues. FedEx would not deliver it because the dry ice had ruptured but they would try to deliver it in 3 days. I needed it urgently and went to FedEx to pick it up and luckily the venison was still frozen and brought it home - had I waited the 3 days the meat would not have been edible.

USI really enjoy making venison meatballs with the venison I buy from you. I add some ghee to make them more juicy. I appreciate how you pack the meat so that it stays frozen and I can put it right in my freezer until I'm ready to use it.
