USThe Wagyu Short Ribs (Full Plate) at First Light Farms were absolutely outstanding — rich, deeply marbled, and falling-apart tender, with that signature Wagyu buttery flavor in every bite. The quality of the meat shine without overpowering the seasoning that I applied. Portion size was generous and well worth it for the price.
