USI recently bought this grass-fed ribeye steak and it completely exceeded my expectations. The marbling was beautiful, the flavor was rich and beefy, and it cooked up perfectly in my air fryer using the reverse sear method. Super tender and juicy—exactly what you’d hope for in a high-quality cut. I also appreciate that it’s grass-fed and sustainably sourced. Definitely one of the best steaks I’ve had at home. Will be repurchasing for sure!
