USBought two wagyu ribeyes and two wagyu NY strips. So far had one of each, and they both had these fat strips of chewy fat. Not the tender, crispy fat that melts in your mouth, but the kind that’s almost like a tendon, and attaches to the two opposite ends of the steak and makes it curl up on the grill. Not good. Will be calling to cancel subscription.
USI thought your ribeye could have had the fat removed around the edge and more marbeling in ALL of the cuts.
USI loved the steaks that I had sent to me. They are very tender and have a great texture and taste. I won’t order from any other farm!

USThe quality is going to Awesome to Meh . My 1 st 2 orders It was like the picture, now the steaks are not same marble grade I buy so call 4 but the meat is a 2 or 3 and is chewy
