USI just tried one of these for the first time tonight. Warmed it to room temp following the First Light water bath method. Then seasoned with salt and pepper, and grilled at 550-600 for about 1.5 minutes per side, twice on each side, then rested for five minutes, and it came out fantastic!

USBest tasting steaks I have ever had. don't see how I could go back to eating regular steaks. The marbling on these steaks are insane! Will never pay for any brand of steaks except First Light Farms. From Wagyu cows in New Zealand. Nuff said! Can't recommend these steaks enough!
