This is a half of a Ribeye loin. It can easily be cut into steaks of any size.

Delivered FROZEN. If you would like to cut this ribeye into steaks, let thaw until possible to cut. Vacuum pack the steaks. You can then refreeze them until ready to eat.

USThis beef is so tender you can almost cut it with a fork - a true melt in the mouth flavor bomb!! You will not be disappointed in this, the only grass fed/finished wagyu beef out there. 5 stars is too low of a rating for this beef. Definitely recommend cooking a bit differently - start low and slow and then once it hits temp - blast sear it. Enjoy
