USThe quality of the meat is fabulous, as always. And being able to get a large roast for the family get-together was great.
USI cut this in the seven steaks. Each one is close to or a bit over 2 lb. I cook them on the barbecue indirect heat for about 20 minutes with a chunk of wood and they are the best, juiciest, tender ribeye in the world. And the bone is delicious to chew on it in the end
USOur family has alwasy celebrated with a prime rib roast dinner. The rib roast from First Light was the best ever - great marbling and of course, fantastic flavor.

USThis is my favorite cut I purchased from first light. I've roasted the whole thing for large parties, but usually I cut it into seven bone-in ribeye steaks that are almost 2 lb each. Often though I will take the rib rack off and smoke some beef back ribs and then I will cut the rest into boneless ribeyes. The quality and the flavor is unsurpassed. This is definitely my daily driver.
