USAll kinds of deliciousness and just great meat. We had given up on prime rib until we found firstlightfarms. The highest quality corn fed beef was tasteless and had a poor mouth feel. Grass fed local beef was nice but not worth the price. New Zealand grass fed Wagyu is so on another level and will keep us coming back again and again. Great flavor and texture, smoked up great and good amount of meat.
USWe have bwen buyung the wagyu filets from our butcher in SF. They are maybe the best steaks we have ever had. Unfortunately the standing rib roast was not at all what we had hoped. Wont order it again.
USFantastic! Great flavor! I ordered a while back and sitting in the freezer didn't hurt this 3 Bone-in Ribeye Roast one bit. I tried a new method, 500 degree oven for the first 23 minutes, then shut the oven off and let it sit for almost 2 hours in the oven, don't open the door!! I had it probed, once it hit 122 internal I pulled it. It turned out beautifully!! I will purchase again once my freezer has more space.
