USTaste is amazing. Cut it for rotisserie on the kamado or steaks. I order this more than any other cut.
USI cooked it in the BBQ using the rotisserie for over 3 hours to medium rare. What was left after lunch we used as roast beef for sandwiches. Absolutely fantastic.
