    Picanha

    In my opinion Picanha by First Light Farm was so good! Why? Excellent balance between fat and meat. But the main thing is beef flavour! You can try real beef meat. Grass fed is a whole other level of taste!

    Simply Delicious!

    I ordered (4) Picanha’s to cooking for my co-workers and friends and I must say………these are the very best Picanha selections I have ever had. I’m not making this up. If you are on the fence about ordering from this company, go ahead and fill your cart.

    Love picanha

    Taste is amazing. Cut it for rotisserie on the kamado or steaks. I order this more than any other cut.

    Slow cooked Picanha

    I cooked it in the BBQ using the rotisserie for over 3 hours to medium rare. What was left after lunch we used as roast beef for sandwiches. Absolutely fantastic.
