USI’m a hunter in NJ and this is phenomenal meat. Wrap it in beef bacon on the top and bottom and powder with Kinders Smoked Garlic Powder. Heat to 125 F internal in your air fryer. Like a kiss from God.
USThe venison tenderloin was tender and delicious. Loved it! I do wish the two pieces were packed separately so one could be left frozen and the other side thawed
USI cooked the venison tenderloin on the grill to medium. It was extremely tender and had a great venison taste, not gamey, not too strong. It was really awesome!!
