USPurchased two packages of venison tenderloin for Christmas Day dinner. I was worried that four tenderloin would be too much for six adults. I am glad we did as there were no left overs. The meat was very tender, flavorful and as expected of venison, lean. But it was not dry at all and no game taste to it. We will most definitely buy it again for future special occasions.
USThe meat arrived fresh frozen like always. I used the venison tenderloin first. It was big enough that I cut four nice thick slices for steaks and cubed the other half into stew meat and slow cooked it the next day with some vegetables and various herbs. The steaks and the stew came out fabulous.

USI’m a hunter in NJ and this is phenomenal meat. Wrap it in beef bacon on the top and bottom and powder with Kinders Smoked Garlic Powder. Heat to 125 F internal in your air fryer. Like a kiss from God.
