USThe meat arrived warm and all the dry ice was melted.
USThe ribs were great. The only problem was that by the time they arrived the ice had melted completely. They were still cold though so we ate them all.
USThis was a great addition to Christmas Eve Dinner. The racks were large- 3# and very clean. I removed the silverskin, did a dry rub, seared all sides and finished in the oven at 325 for 30 min. Served with a Crème Fraiche horseradish sauce. Delicious.
USPerfectly delivered on time, in a well packed ice cold boxed. The reason for the second order was due to the first. Unbelievable quality of meat. Thank you for your service and what you provide -
USGreat quality, great taste! How is it so juicy with almost no fat? Truly unique flavor for meat. Will buy again.
