USI noticed there's an unusually higher fat percentage in the ground venison in my January 2026 order. I meal prep this for my dog and noticed large chunks of solidified fat after it was cooked and refrigerated, which I had to pick out. This has never been the case before and makes me wonder if it was actually the wagyu mispackaged.
United StatesI think the fat content isnt consistent I track my macros but this batch tastes very very greasy really disappointed and upset realizing that the nutritional label cannot be trusted
USI added Venison 4 pack to my last order of Wagyu beef and flatiron steak. I’ve had 2 packs so far and I’d say while it’s not gamey, it does have rich flavor, it also has been a little ‘grisly’- a little chewy, white pieces, like tendons that are unpleasant to bite into. Not sure if it was just these 2 packages- will see what last 2 are like.
