This is a half of a NY Strip loin averaging between 4.5 and 5.5 lbs. The loin is untrimmed and vacuum packed as one piece. It can easily be cut into steaks of any size. It will typically be fine in the refrigerator for 30 days or so before needing to be frozen. The NY Strip loins are selected from those that had a marble score 7 to 9.

The NY strip is my go to cut…I love them all but could eat this one every day…the value is a whole strip **** vs individual cuts is twofold: 1. More cost effective 2. You can cut it the thickness you prefer Just don’t buy them all…otherwise, there will be none for me to purchase…maybe I should buy a few more before you read my review…sorry, gotta run…
