This is a half of a Ribeye loin averaging between 5 and 6 lbs. The loin is untrimmed and vacuum packed as one piece. It can easily be cut into steaks of any size. It will typically be fine in the refrigerator for 30 days or so before needing to be frozen. The Ribeye loins are selected from those that had a marble score 7-9. Very few ever score higher than this.

We ship Mondays and Wednesdays. Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 2 days. Please note, we do not ship on public holidays.

USMy butchering wasn't as elegant as yours, but the taste was great
USI’ve purchased this ribeye **** many times and it never disappoints. U actually seperate the cap from the **** and treat it as two types of steak. The rib cap is my favorite and it is fantastic.
USI send these to people as business gifts or tips (fishing/hunting guides) and while sometimes the flavor is too strong for someone's preference, the most common reaction that I get is that its the best steak the person has ever eaten!
