USEverything was great , had some elk burgers lastnight
USI wanted to try something new, im on a high protein diet, and decided to give this a try. First it was delivered quickly Second I fired up the grill and had the medallions and elk steaks on, cooked medium rare, was very tender and flavorful. As lean as chicken with the taste of steak. Third was the ground elk, I used it for a spaghetti, and it has very good taste for it being 96% lean. I would recommend this if you're looking for a lean and flavorful meat

USI loved doing business with First light and it was first class Elk. My only issue was how small the portions were. If they offered larger portions, I would definitely be open to it.
