USLove these elk medallions! You can just throw them on the grill for 10 minutes and they are perfect!

USThe Elk and Venison were great! One or two pieces of elk started to become freezer burnt after only a week or two because the wrapping was not completely vacuum sealed. That said, all was delicious.
