USI don't believe that I received skirt steal. I think it was flap meat. The flap meat was not trimmed well, the flavor was too gamey for my liking and it was tough. I usually buy snake farms from Idaho and it's delicious - beef tasting and tender.
USRecently, the First Light Farms beef skirt steak I purchased was extremely tough. I had to chew it for a long time, and the meat fibers became stuck between my teeth, which even caused inflammation in my gums. It was a really disappointing experience. I've always trusted First Light Farms for its quality, but this has made me seriously question whether I should continue buying your beef in the future.
USThe Wagyu Skirt Steak was by far the best steak I have ever had. The fact that it literally melts in your mouth is everything.
USThe skirt stake was wonderful. It is easy and fast. I put on the grill for a couple of minutes each side (with the grill very hot) and it is a family favourite.
