USRecently, the First Light Farms beef skirt steak I purchased was extremely tough. I had to chew it for a long time, and the meat fibers became stuck between my teeth, which even caused inflammation in my gums. It was a really disappointing experience. I've always trusted First Light Farms for its quality, but this has made me seriously question whether I should continue buying your beef in the future.
USThe Wagyu Skirt Steak was by far the best steak I have ever had. The fact that it literally melts in your mouth is everything.
