USThe Steaks arrived almost thawed. The cuts we borderline Porterhouse cuts more like a T Bone. and of all things, the cuts were uneven! Some were 1 inch while others were More and one was less. Try cooking four medium rare steaks of different thicknesses for dinner.

USWe’ll definitely be ordering this again, this steak was so tender you could cut it with a fork. We paired this with wild caught blue shrimp, which made for a delicious combo. Do yourself a favor and have this in your freezer for your next meal.
