A marble score 6+ is extremely special. Our wagyu beef is 100% grass-fed and to get marbling like this is no easy task. Usually reserved exclusively for our Steak Club, we have a limited number available on the General Store. Once they’re gone, they’re gone.

This is a half Striploin with a marble score of 6+. It can easily be cut into steaks of any size. The average weight is 3-4 pounds.
We never compromise on quality. All of our Wagyu Beef is always:
Delivered FROZEN. If you would like to cut this striploin into steaks, let thaw until possible to cut. Vacuum pack the steaks. You can then refreeze them until ready to eat.

USI used to purchase from first light farms when I lived in New Zealand and now in the USA. The meat is always first class, beautifully marbled and very flavorful. I love the tenderloins and strip *****, they are my goto first light products. Shipping and packaging is excellent, the items always arrive frozen and ready for cutting and freezing.
