This is a half Ribeye loin. It can easily be cut into steaks of any size.
This Ribeye has been graded marble score 2-3. This indicates the amount of marbling in it. MBS 2-3 is classed as light. Average weight is 3-4 pounds.

Delivered FROZEN. If you would like to cut this ribeye into steaks, let thaw until possible to cut. Vacuum pack the steaks. You can then refreeze them until ready to eat.

USFor $135 the quality is good. I cut it into 7 steaks about inch and half each. The tenderness was that of a choice at best. My personal choice is a more tender steak. I have had very good experiences with the 4-5 and 6+ for tenderness. I will stick to those, but for thr price the 2-3 isnt a bad choice with the number of steaks you can make and quality/flavor of meat.
