USAfter trying two other online ”American Wagyu” vendors, I tried First Light Farms and I will be staying with you! Cuts I have ordered and re-ordered include New York, Rib Eye, Picanha, Coulotte, Flank, and Top Sirloin Cap: all were your midline Waygu, not your top tier. My experience though, has been Top Tier. The product has been consistently excellent, but more than that your speedy turnarounds and bulletproof frozen packaging are among the best I have seen – and as an Alaskan in a very rural small town I do a lot of online food buying. United StatesSomehow I got flat Iron and flank steak mixed up and ordered the flat iron by mistake. I was not disappointed with the result! I received two large thin steaks in each package. Really great flavor and actually pretty tender compared to other flank I've had in the past.
