USSuper tasty and special
USSteak was delicious though the two I had were more t-bone cuts than porterhouse. The filet portion was much smaller than what you'd expect from a true porterhouse.
USI love the porterhouse cut and was excited when First Light offered it recently. It had the same excellent marbling and texture that I have enjoyed in their other cuts (ie ribeye, tenderloins). One wish list ask would be to offer in thicker cuts but overall I was very satisfied and hoping this was the first of many offerings.
USDo like Porterhouses a little thicker still, but the taste is phenomenal.
