USLove the elk tenderloin. Would have liked for them to have been packaged separately so I could keep one frozen.
USThis meat is amazing. I've been eating outside of the beef industry for years. Bison, and elk when I lived in Colorado. Lean and Flavorful meat. My first choice in protein.
