Our Beef Tallow is made from 100% grass fed Wagyu beef rendered trim fat from New Zealand. Tallow is a liquid when heated and a solid when cool, making it a great substitution for oil and butter in recipes.
Comes in a 14oz glass jar.
Storage instructions: Store in a cool, dry place. Never put Tallow down the drain. Tallow will solidify and won’t go rancid for up to one year if kept at room temperature. However, we recommend that you store your tallow in the refrigerator to extend its shelf life significantly!
First Light Wagyu Tallow is gluten and dairy free and contains no preservatives, antibiotics, or added hormones.

USI have been searching for a great tallow for my cooking and this totally exceeded my expectations. I even used this as my first foray into making homemade lotion and it was incredible! All my friends are now asking for me to make more after sampling it. Will be purchasing more for sure
USI especially prefer this tallow over other brands that I have tried. The flavor is more mild and very pleasant.
USGreat like all the products here. The first couple of times I ordered, one jar arrived smashed in both orders. Those were refunded to me without any issue and I suggested changes to the packaging. I'm happy to report those changes seem to have been made and these jars always arrive intact now.
