Our Beef Tallow is made from 100% grass fed Wagyu beef rendered trim fat from New Zealand. Tallow is a liquid when heated and a solid when cool, making it a great substitution for oil and butter in recipes.
Comes in a 14oz glass jar.
Storage instructions: Store in a cool, dry place. Never put Tallow down the drain. Tallow will solidify and won’t go rancid for up to one year if kept at room temperature. However, we recommend that you store your tallow in the refrigerator to extend its shelf life significantly!
First Light Wagyu Tallow is gluten and dairy free and contains no preservatives, antibiotics, or added hormones.

USThis is the best tallow I have ever used. The aroma while frying is fantastic; as soon as I walked in the house from work, I could tell my wife was using it. It has a much richer scent. I will definitely buy more once my first jar runs out.

USGreat like all the products here. The first couple of times I ordered, one jar arrived smashed in both orders. Those were refunded to me without any issue and I suggested changes to the packaging. I'm happy to report those changes seem to have been made and these jars always arrive intact now.
