    A Rack of Ribs

    The ribs were great. The only problem was that by the time they arrived the ice had melted completely. They were still cold though so we ate them all.

    Venison 8-rib Racks

    This was a great addition to Christmas Eve Dinner. The racks were large- 3# and very clean. I removed the silverskin, did a dry rub, seared all sides and finished in the oven at 325 for 30 min. Served with a Crème Fraiche horseradish sauce. Delicious.

    4th of July Venison Rib Rack!

    This Venison cut is hands down my favorite to cook! With a low and slow smoke before reverse searing. So delicious!!
