Classic Membership: Shipments average between 4-5 pounds, depending on the cut of meat. A different cut is received each month and will include: tenderloin, ribeye, NY strip, and our test kitchen favorites, picanha, flat iron and short ribs.

Steakhouse Membership: Shipments average 4.5 pounds per month. A different cut is received each month and only includes tenderloin, ribeye, and NY strip.

Your gifted membership will be immediately sent to the recipient to complete sign up. They will then be prompted to enter their desired shipping address and activate their Steak Club account. The membership payment will be processed using your billing details on the 1st of each month dependent on the length of the membership chosen. Your billing details are kept hidden from the recipient.
