USI waited until I tried the product to write this review. Let’s start. I live in Arizona where currently temps range anywhere between the high 70s to the low 100s. At the time of my delivery we were having a little heat wave with temps about 100. My box arrived I brought it in immediately. I noticed right away there was no dry ice left. And some of the cuts had started to thaw. With one cut having been damaged in shipping completely thawed in an open package. I notified customer service right away about the lost product and provided feedback about the lack of dry ice and the start of thawing. Most of my product was still frozen and safe to return to the freezer. I lost one medallion. They offered to replace it or refund it no problem. Great customer service and great with feedback. Letting me know they will be working with their shipper to guarantee summer shipments remain frozen. I made elk tacos the other day with the ground elk and even my picky eater asked for more! It was tender and flavor full l. I will order again and I’ll let you know how my packages work out through the summer here in the deserts of Hades.
