USAt first I was skeptical to even try but I took a chance and submitted an order for elk meat with shipping to Honolulu, Hawaii. I was nervous to open the box, afraid I’d find a hot, mushy, completely thawed order, but to my surprise, the meat was still frozen solid!!! It was very well packaged and insulated. I had a chance to cook it up this past weekend. It came out incredible! Thank you for the fast shipping all the way out to the South Pacific. Already looking forward to my next order!

USWe roasted the rack for a three way Sr. birthday celebration . What a treat! The elk was fabulous and really enjoyed by all, a real unexpected surprise. The word got out to the family and now the 8 rib elk roast will surely be the guest of honor for the next birthday bash.
USI cooked these to 130 and finished on the grill. Served as tomahawk with asparagus for a spectacular meal. My friends reacted with nothing but WOW!
