• Where do I submit my bulk order?

• I don't know what to send. Can you help?

  Yes, we’d love to help. Fill out the form and give us some information about what you’re looking for, then we can take it from there.

• What will be the recipient's experience?

  Your recipient will receive our box of meats frozen with dry ice. Our supplement and dog food boxes are shelf stable and do not come with dry ice.

  Please be sure to schedule the order to deliver when your recipient’s are home and give them a heads up.

  Orders over 50 recipients are able to include a personalized company letter.

• What's the minimum number of orders?

  Minimum of 10 recipients for our corporate gifting program.

  For fewer than 10, please use our regular checkout but note that orders ship out Monday and Wednesday mornings.

• I filled out the form. What's next?

  Someone from our team will reach you from [email protected]. In the meantime, please prepare a sheet of your recipient’s information (more below).

• What is the lead time?

  Please allow us at least one week to prepare your orders. Note that we only ship orders on Monday and Wednesdays.

  Spaces are limited and your order will be based on availability.

• When will these deliver?

  We will work with you to ensure delivery during a time you prefer. However, please note we ship orders only on Mondays and Wednesdays, with orders arriving usually on Wednesdays and Fridays. Please ensure that your recipients can receive this shipment at the address.

• What recipient information do you need?

  We will reach out to you within 24 hours of filling out the form. As we discuss the order, please prepare a spreadhsheet of the following for each recipient:

  • Name
  • Address
  • City
  • State
  • Zipcode
  • Phone number
  • Email address
  • Will they be home to receive the order upon your desired delivery date?

• Can you help me customize a box?

  Of course. We have many hand-curated boxes available on this page, but we’re happy to help you customize a box based on quantities and availability.
