USWanted to try a little bit of everything, so I ordered the sample pack. The box arrived while I was at work, so I was a bit concerned with what I’d come home to. When I u packed the box, everything was still frozen solid. Of the sample box, I’ve tried the NY Strip and Coulete. Seasoned both with salt & pepper and they were super tender and very flavorful. I will definitely continue to purchase from First Light Farms.

US`this is a great set of amazing cuts of meat, I normally don’t purchase this offering because I have my favorites, but it was a nice mixture of steaks I like, so I got one, didn’t disappoint. I’d say this is an excellent choice for a person new to First Light, good way to experience different high grade cuts of beef to get an idea of what you like.
