USI've ordered a handful of times, and the steaks should be great quality, but sometimes they have a strange taste, almost like they were cooked in ghee or beef tallow. The steaks are always tender, but they don't taste fresh to me.
USIv made elk and waygu purchases from first light farms, good quality, precise shipping, and great customer service. Im not the type to leave reviews but I have to give credit where it’s due. Keep it up!
