USIf you’ve ever tried first light farms at Matu this is exactly that. Incredible!
USI have to date only tried the strip steak and I would give it a grade of B. Flavor was good, not great, and steak was a little on the tough side for my liking. When the rain stops, which could be a couple of days, I will throw the rib eye on the bbq and report.
USUnfortunately was super bummed on the cost breakdown. Ended up being $6-10 more than buying First Light at our grocery store so won’t be doing it again. Meat is still the best quality we get though!
USI thought it was pretty good, but didn’t change my life as far as steaks go.
