Delivered FROZEN. If you would like to cut this striploin into steaks, let thaw until possible to cut. Vacuum pack the steaks. You can then refreeze them until ready to eat.

USHave been waiting for this to come back in stock so I jumped on it. Never had a bad steak from this place
USMy first three order of the Striploin was excellent. But this last order is terrible. Quality was off. Extremely chewy. Marble is nonexistent. It's not steak quality. Very disappointed.
USThey used to over index on meat weight when given a range, but this “4-5lb” strip roast showed up and was shy of 4LB and a bit too skimpy to be the centerpiece I purchased it be.
USI buy this over and over as this is the only steak I do not get tired of grilling daily.
USWhen I received the parcel there was rotten smell coming out of the meat because it was already warm 6defrosted and there was no dry ice in the package . Anyway i had shared this issue as soon as I had received the parcel and received a refund in return thank you for that.
