This is a half Ribeye loin MBS 9+. It can easily be cut into steaks of any size. This Ribeye has been graded marble score 9+. This indicates the amount of marbling in it.
We never compromise on quality. All of our Wagyu Beef is always:
Delivered FROZEN. If you would like to cut this ribeye into steaks, let thaw until possible to cut. Vacuum pack the steaks. You can then refreeze them until ready to eat.

USWas not as good as other waygu I’ve had. It was not as flavorful as others.
USI am a regular customer of First light farms. This time around wanted to try MBS 9+ and this steak was delicious. Quality of meat was unmatched. Definitely will be ordering it on regular basis.

USI haven't eaten this one yet. However, I had the MBS 2-3 and that was phenomenal. Marbled like a USDA prime roast. I little more chew than the MBS 6+ that I've had before, but still tender and juicy. Honestly, I hope First Light Farms stays in the background so I can get the cuts I want!
USThe steak came delivered in great packaging. The marbling was very good and the steak tasted amazing. No oil needed just sear to desired temp
