USI smoked this low and slow. The marbling was intense and flavor was incredible. The tenderness was out of this world, and the meat cut like butter. I know that's a common thing to say, but it was absolutely true here. I'm not sure I cut it correctly; pretty sure I didn't. Fantastic, can't say enough good about it.

USIn my opinion Picanha by First Light Farm was so good! Why? Excellent balance between fat and meat. But the main thing is beef flavour! You can try real beef meat. Grass fed is a whole other level of taste!
