Our top tips for frozen wagyu beef:
This beautiful cut of meat is delivered frozen, it is normal for the meat to defrost slightly during the journey to you. As long as it’s still cold to the touch on arrival, it is perfectly safe to pop straight into the freezer. Beef and venison can be safely refrozen.
If you are planning to portion your meat (cutting it into steaks), let it thaw just enough to slice, vacuum-pack your portions, and refreeze until you’re ready to enjoy.
If you are planning to cook it within 7 days of receiving the meat, simply store it in the fridge.

We deliver to all urban North and South Island addresses. Orders are dispatched Monday – Thursday on an overnight service for delivery the following day. Our shipping rate is $9.50 nationwide and we offer free delivery for all orders over $200.
We aim to get your order processed and dispatched within 2 working days. Once your order is dispatched, an automated track and trace email will be sent so you can track your order from depot to door. Please check your spam folder if you don’t receive this.
All orders containing perishable product are shipped with authority to leave instructions. We are unable to deliver directly to rural addresses as an overnight service is not available. For our rural customers, we have the option to deliver your order to the nearest NZ Courier depot or agent for collection. We will contact you to confirm collection before dispatching your order.
