A note on frozen shipping.
We ship these cuts to you frozen, packed with care to keep them that way in transit. A little softening on arrival is completely normal — as long as it’s still cold to the touch, it’s safe to pop straight into your freezer. Beef and venison can both be safely refrozen.
Planning to portion it into steaks? Let it thaw just enough to slice, then vacuum-pack and refreeze.
Cooking within 7 days? Just keep it in the fridge.
